Leading teams. Building programs. Fixing systems. Helping people navigate change.
Then AI changed what was possible.
I became fascinated by it, but not because businesses suddenly needed more software.
I saw something else happening.
Owners were being handed incredibly powerful technology with almost no help figuring out where it actually belonged.
So I built MissionField around that problem.
Not:
“How much AI can we put into your company?”
But:
“Where would this actually make the business better?”
That’s a much more interesting question.
And usually a much more profitable one.
