Three ways to keep
the systems running.

Every ship keeps the same baseline: monitored, maintained, and tuned each month. The difference is depth and dedicated time.

per month

Core automations built, wired, and tuned each month so they keep running without manual intervention.

Growth

Systems Operations

Starting at
$2,497
per month

Starter plus custom workflows, quarterly review, and SLA-backed support.

What's included

Every engagement ships the same baseline. Here is what is in yours.

  • Working Genius team assessment

Every team member takes the Working Genius assessment at kickoff. The results shape who owns which part of delivery, so each system lands with the people best suited to run it.

  • Monthly monitoring & tuning

Automations are watched, debugged, and tuned each month so they keep running without manual intervention.

  • Quarterly business review

A 60-minute working session every quarter — stack audit, roadmap reset, and a written follow-up.

Scale

Fractional AI Ops

Starting at
$4,497
per month

Growth plus a dedicated strategist for content, ops, and pipeline work.

What's included

Strategy-tier engagements ship everything Systems Operations does, plus the leadership layer.

  • Working Genius team assessment

Every team member — including yours and ours — takes the Working Genius assessment at kickoff. The results inform who leads what, and become the basis for the operating plan we draft in your first month.

  • Dedicated fractional strategist

A named operator owns the roadmap, joins your weekly leadership sync, and is accountable for shipping the next system.

  • Pipeline & content systems

Outbound, nurture, and content workflows built alongside your ops systems — one strategist across both.

what your system would look like.

No pitch deck. No slides. Just your operation, your bottlenecks, and what we would build first.

What a retainer actually looks like.

What's the actual scope of a monthly retainer?

Every tier includes ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and iteration on the systems we build for you — not just a one-and-done project hand-off. Compare that to a single project engagement, which ships a fixed deliverable and walks away. A retainer is for the business that wants the work to keep working — new edge cases, new tools, new integrations, every month.

What is the minimum term length?

The first 90 days are a minimum commitment so the systems have time to stabilize, get tuned to your operation, and produce measurable results. After that initial period, every retainer rolls month-to-month — no auto-renewal traps, no fifteen-page contract addenda. You stay because it's working, not because you're locked in.

How does onboarding work in the first week?

We kick off with a 30-minute alignment call followed by an audit hand-off — your existing workflows, tools, automations, and pain points go into a shared workspace. From there we ship the first system live within the first two weeks, then layer in additional automations from the agreed scope. You always know what shipped, what didn't, and what's next.

How do I cancel and what happens at handoff?

Thirty days written notice, no early-termination fee, no penalty. At handoff we deliver a complete knowledge-transfer package: documentation, credentials inventory, system architecture diagram, runbook for every automation we built, and a 60-minute walkthrough call with whoever takes over. Nothing is held hostage. You leave with everything you need to keep running it yourself — or to hand it to the next firm.
