Team workspace

What the admin CRM actually contains. Clients do not see these screens.

This page is for the MissionField team. The client help chat is not given this article. Clients do not get a login to these screens.

Sign in at /login/admin. The first account needs the deployment setup token. Later administrators are added from Admin team, with a name, email, and a password of at least 10 characters. Password hashes are not shown back on that screen.

The rail

A client record

Open a company for the contact, the engagement, the phase, shared and internal tasks, Fit decisions, and notes. Preview client view starts an eight-hour client session for that company only.

Send login invite is the primary action on a real client record. It emails a one-time link to the contact. They click once and are signed in. The link lasts 24 hours and is single use. They bookmark /login/client and can request a fresh one-hour link later. Reference samples do not get that button. Adding a client lands on the record with that invite as the next step. Set up / reset password is optional and advanced. It stores a password of 12 to 256 characters, mainly for a reset or when email is unavailable, and signs out existing client sessions for that workspace.

Edit client details, scope, and the next step from this record. Fees are descriptive. Payments and invoicing are not in the product.

Adding a client creates the company, an Inquiry project titled from their goal, and an empty Brain Build. New clients are not the five reference samples. Those samples are HVAC, church, dental, chiropractic, and property. Their public sample view stays on the original fiction even if an admin edits the private copy.

Brain Build on the team side

Open Brain Build from the client record. You get the same tabs as the client, plus a link back to the client record. You can change Fit status, upload client files (contract, scope, deliverable, or other), and review meeting excerpts.

Client file uploads stay on this record. They are not listed on the client's Files page.

Mind Node shows the cleaned copy. Capture keeps the raw answers. Saving Capture on a real client asks the gateway to tighten the filled fields. Empty fields stay empty. The Glitch stays the human thesis. Reference samples and view-only demo sessions do not call the model.

Private optimization read

On a real client's Brain Build, Generate private read is a button. It does not run when the page opens. Paste a short market note at that moment. That note is the only market input. The workspace does not search the web and does not call another research vendor.

The button stays off until there is something to compare: more than one filled perspective (staff, manager, and executive, or the same three passes), or a reviewed transcript plus a written Brain Build. One thin answer is not enough. A client still has one Brain Build. You do not need a second brain record.

The read names contradictions and suggests what to tighten or test. Edit it, keep or drop ideas, and add notes. Publish client recommendations is a separate button. It writes 3 to 5 Fit moves from the edited read. Each move says what to do, why, and how you would know. "Do not buy" is allowed. Nothing is published automatically, and the publish step does not invent prices, timelines, refunds, or new offers.

The client Fit view and the Fit download show that published document only. The private read and the market note are hidden the same way an internal note is hidden: they are not in the client API, the client screens, downloads, or the help chat.

A recording with no transcript is stored as Transcript needed and is not rewritten. Transcription is not connected, and the upload cap stays 4 MB.

What the public site stores

A Start Here signup enrolls the series when email is configured. A sample request stores a demo lead and opens a view-only session. Neither one creates a client workspace.
