Published case studies

Five unnamed engagements on the website. These are the only results to repeat.

The site publishes five case studies. Clients are unnamed. Results belong to that engagement and are not a promise for the next one. Do not add clients, industries, or numbers that are not on this page. The full write-ups are at missionfield.co/case-studies.

Volunteer development

A church had cancelled Vacation Bible School. The Brain Build challenged that cancellation. VBS had been a volunteer-development engine, not only a one-week event. It came back with that purpose. In three years it grew to more than 500 kids and generated hundreds of volunteers.

Hiring

A real estate advisory firm had applications scattered across email, PDFs, and job boards. The work was one application path and clearer role criteria. AI helped compare candidates. People still made the decisions. Candidates now arrive in one place, and the team can see which job boards are worth paying for.

Team roles

Leaders were colliding over who should start, develop, and finish the work. Working Genius assessments gave them a shared language for assigning the work and for naming the friction.

Website

An offer had matured and the website had not. The work was the message first, then the site and the path to a call. Specialists were brought in where the project needed them. The result was a clearer story and a direct route to the conversation.

Travel agency client experience

A high-end travel agency kept having to chase clients for passports, signatures and details, which took away from white-glove service. The finding was that everything should be captured in one ask at the outset, so the agency never has to go back for more. The work started with a Brain Build, then a designed system from the registration form through to a private photo gallery, with AI used to cut the logistics for participants. No numbers or client results are published for this one.
